Ryan Moore will be on duty for Aidan O'Brien in New York on Saturday when he partners Mendelssohn in the Grade 1 Jockey Club Gold Cup at Belmont Park.

Moore's US trip means Donnacha O'Brien will continue his association with Ten Sovereigns in the Group 1 Juddmonte Middle Park Stakes at Newmarket, for which the unbeaten colt is an odds-on favourite.

The rider, who is poised to become Ireland's champion jockey having established a big lead in the title race, rode Ten Sovereigns to a seven-length debut win at the Curragh last month and again when the son of No Nay Never landed the Group 3 Round Tower Stakes at the same track.
