McNally hoping The Jam Man can sweeten his season in Troytown Chase

Ronan McNally, who has sent out Dreal Deal to win five times in six weeks, is hoping The Jam Man can sweeten his season even more in the Ladbrokes Troytown Chase at Navan on Sunday.

The trainer believes this is The Jam Man's one big shot to exploit a chase mark a stone below his hurdle rating.

The Armagh-based trainer hit the headlines in September when Dreal Deal landed a gamble having been backed into 6-4 favourite (from 20) for a 2m6f handicap hurdle at Navan.
