The clash of the two most impressive Oaks winners of the modern era is more likely after Aidan O'Brien revealed on Monday that Love could try to break Enable's heart in the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp in October.

Love followed up her decisive 1,000 Guineas win with an even more emphatic Oaks victory on Saturday, scoring by nine lengths at Epsom, and her master trainer said the Arc is most certainly on the superstar filly's radar.

O'Brien said: "We will take it one race at a time, but the Arc is obviously on our minds for Love. She looks very special."
