Jonathan Fitzpatrick funeral on Wednesday.

Jonathan Fitzpatrick, 23, the manager of his family's Keatingstown Stud in Kilkenny, was killed in a motor vehicle accident on the outskirts of Dublin in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Fitzpatrick had been a student and an intern at the Irish National Stud, and had also worked for Coolmore Stud and more recently Yeomanstown Stud.

He was fatally injured when the 4x4 vehicle he was driving, and was the sole occupant of, collided with a barrier at approximately 6.20am.
