It's now 5-5 - but who will take the lead? Get today's Punter v the Pro picks
Introducing Punter v the Pro, our new tipping competition in which Racing Post readers go head-to-head with top tipster Graeme Rodway.
With Graeme away again this week, tipping colleague Robbie Wilders steps in as the pro. Read more about Robbie below.
The format is simple: the punter and the pro both give six Saturday selections in ITV races decided by us and whoever comes out on top based on level-stakes profit to SP is the winner. The prize? Sheer pride!
The results will be shared every Sunday in , our free daily newsletter.

The score so far: Punters 5-5 the Pro
The punter . . .
Name: Cliff Savage
Occupation: Digital project lead
Flat or jumps? Jumps, although I seem to do better on the Flat
Favourite horse: Kauto Star. For his durability, brilliance but mostly his ballsy campaigning. I'd be surprised if I ever see a horse win three such varied Grade 1s (Betfair Chase, Tingle Creek and the King George) in just six weeks again.
Favourite course: Ascot
Biggest win: Arcadian Heights in the 1994 Ascot Gold Cup. He was an old rogue, out of form but loved fast ground. It was like a road at Ascot that year and I had £50 each-way on him at 33s. My mate had £100 on the 6-4 fav (Vintage Crop) and they were head and head all the way up the straight with us both screaming ours home. Arcadian Heights prevailed by a neck – a great day for me, less so my mate.
Unluckiest loser: Being in a packed pub and giving it the big 'how far, how far' shout as Goshen headed down to the last in the 2020 Triumph . . .

The picks
Cliff: Gentleman At Arms
Has the worst chance at the weights but this will be a real slog and he looks the strongest stayer among this small field. He was a good second in a Grade 2 on the card last year, has won on heavy ground and the stable continue in great form.
Robbie: Complete Unknown
Unbeaten on heavy ground and rates the most solid proposition after producing an assured jumping display on his chasing debut last time.
Cliff: Saint Calvados
A trappy affair. Paint The Dream is best in, but they seem keen to avoid right-handed tracks. Pic D'Orhy looks a worthy favourite but I'm siding with Saint Calvados. He took off with David Maxwell in a match on his seasonal debut but barely 12 months ago he would have gone close in a King George with a better ride. Must go close with a run under his belt.
Robbie: Pic D'Orhy
Rising star in the division and a perfect one from one over this course and distance. Will be tough to peg back.
Cliff: Snake Roll
All last-time-out winners. Ginny's Destiny would have been the selection but I'm concerned about the yard's form, with just one place from the last 15 runners. I prefer Snake Roll, who was second in a strong point-to-point on soft ground and was only five lengths off a subsequent Grade 1 winner in November. He bolted up over 2m4f last time out and the track and trip look perfect. I'm expecting a big run.
Robbie: Ginny's Destiny
Course-and-distance success faced with similar conditions in November sets a clear standard and this strong traveller represents a trainer whose two runners in this yielded a win and a third.
Cliff: Dubrovnik Harry
Outlaw Peter's position in the market is a reflection more on connections than his form. I'm happy to take on him and Green Glory with Dubrovnik Harry, who looks a very solid option. He has strong form on soft, the stable is going well and a perfect prep run means he gets in here off a lovely weight.
Robbie: Petit Tonnerre
Shaped well on both starts in top handicaps this term and slower ground will suit this lightly raced youngster, who was thrust into a Grade 1 on just his second run for Jonjo O'Neill.
Cliff: Guetapan Collonges
This will be attritional. I like the profile of Guetapan Collonges. He's not been seen since winning here in November (3m1f, soft), and this is a positive as he's won races off the back of similar breaks. Progressive RPRs suggest he's ahead of his mark and there are no ground concerns.
Robbie: Lord Du Mesnil
Thorough stayer who loves heavy ground and was unlucky to bump into subsequent Coral Gold Cup winner Le Milos on his return at Bangor in November off 1lb lower.
Cliff: Glimpse Of Gala
The equine roulette that is the Pertemps qualifier series. The mare Glimpse Of Gala has great form against her own sex, but has also won against the boys. I like this soft-ground course winner who is running off her correct mark. With rider's claim, she is carrying just 10st.
Robbie: Ronald Pump
Former Stayers' Hurdle runner-up who is thrown in on old form. Loves testing ground and is guaranteed to get home in the conditions.
