Left Hand paid a compliment to her Prix de Diane conqueror La Cressonniere when running out a gutsy winner of yesterday's Group 3 Prix de Psyche at Deauville over a barely adequate mile and a quarter.

“The timing is good from this race to go straight to the Prix Vermeille, and she definitely wants the mile-and-a-half trip,” said Left Hand's trainer Carlos Laffon-Parias.

Simon Crisford was able to celebrate a first success in France when Asidious Alexander got up to score under Maxime Guyon in the Listed Prix Six Perfections.
