Every chance Waldgeist can make frame for Fabre in Arc
Waldgeist leads home Talismanic in the Prix Foy
Waldgeist was a surprisingly cosy winner of the Prix Foy and looks on course to enhance trainer Andre Fabre's fine record in the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe.
The four-year-old didn't run in the Arc last year but has been on an upward curve all season and has now won four on the bounce, while gradually improving his RPRs.
His Foy success saw him post a career-best RPR of 121, and the way he was geared down inside the final furlong suggests there's a chance he will be capable of even better next time.
