'I don't think she'll ever be beaten' - Bowe backs Honeysuckle's bid for history

Michael Bowe, the trainer whose family will be forever linked with legendary hurdlers Solerina and Limestone Lad, has offered heartfelt backing to Honeysuckle's bid for an unprecedented fourth win in Fairyhouse's Hatton's Grace Hurdle – even if that means his family's stars cede their place in the record books.

Limestone Lad and Solerina, trained by Michael's late father James, rank alongside Apple's Jade and Honeysuckle as the four triple Hatton's Grace winners in the race's history.

That could be set to change next Sunday, when Kenny Alexander's dual Champion Hurdle winner attempts to stand alone with a fourth success in the Bar One Racing-backed prize. She is also chasing a 17th straight win over hurdles.
