After a difficult day for the bookmakers at Glorious Goodwood on Thursday, they regained some control with a few big-priced winners on Friday. A number of favourites were also defeated on day five of the Galway festival, so punters will be desperate to fight back during Saturday's action. Two valuable handicaps and a tasty Group 2 offers the perfect opportunity for many to end the Goodwood festival on a high. Here we pick out six key quotes from trainers about their runners.

Karl Burke, trainer of Lethal Levi:

"He's on a big upward curve and is well in at the weights. We have to give it a go. It appears we've frightened a few people off. If he reproduces his last run he's the one they've got to beat."
