New GVC Holdings chief executive Shay Segev

Taking over from Kenny Alexander as chief executive of GVC would be a daunting task for anyone, but in Shay Segev the company has appointed someone held in very high regard within the sector.

When GVC announced Segev was joining the company in November 2015, he was described as "one of the leading technology and product experts in the online gaming industry".

Segev has developed a reputation for helping the organisations he works for grow and outperform rivals.
