Gosden and Dettori look to unleash another Classic hope

The old firm could be partying like it's 1996 after the second significant Investec Derby trial of the week.
John Gosden and Frankie Dettori, who teamed up to score with Cracksman at Epsom on Wednesday, have a good record in this contest and combined 21 years ago when Santillana landed the prize.
Gosden, who is looking for his eighth win in the contest, relies on two sons of Frankel – Monarchs Glen, who is a general 25-1 chance for the Derby itself, and the Listed-placed Cunco.
"Monarchs Glen won a handicap at Kempton in good style and he needs another run as he's quite a boisterous horse at home," Gosden said.
"We took him for a walk round at the Craven meeting and he's been pleasing since."
Cunco, the joint-most experienced runner in the field having had seven starts, is ridden by Robert Tart, who said: "He is quite petite as he's a first foal and is learning settle after being quite keen in his early races last year. He's ready to start off and has also been showing up nicely at home."
Dante and Irish 2,000 Guineas entry Frankuus is already proven in Pattern company, having won a Group 3 1m1f event at Chantilly last October.
"We're looking forward to getting going with him, he had a really good year last year," said trainer Mark Johnston's son and assistant Charlie.
"He had entries at the Craven meeting and in the Guineas, but we always felt his future lied over this sort of trip and he's in grand fettle."
Intern makes his debut for Ralph Beckett, who said: "He had good form last year with David Wachman and his home work has been good this spring. He seems a very straightforward horse, very likeable, and has done everything we've expected of him so far."
David Simcock does not quite know what to expect from the once-raced Fierce Impact and said: "He surprised us when he won at Yarmouth as he doesn't show a huge amount at home.
"He is a nice horse and well bred but we are testing the water to see what he's got – there are some hardened performers in there."
