'Flamboyant' Lostintranslation primed for King George, says bullish Tizzard

Colin Tizzard believes an on-song Lostintranslation will prove a totally different proposition at Kempton on Saturday to the horse who faded tamely up the Haydock straight when handed a 47-length beating by Bristol De Mai in the Betfair Chase last month.

Lostintranslation comes into the Ladbrokes King George VI Chase in almost the mirror reverse situation of 12 months ago, when he was pulled up at Kempton after defeating Bristol De Mai in thrilling fashion at Haydock.

But with the ground at Kempton on Tuesday described as good to soft, good in places, and a generally settled forecast for the end of the week, Tizzard is hopeful the version of his stable star that pushed Al Boum Photo close in the Cheltenham Gold Cup on his penultimate start will be in evidence this weekend.
