Plenty of eyes will be on the Dublin Racing Festival this weekend but there is some tasty action in Britain to look forward to, with a number of talented horses potentially lining up. Here are five runners to keep an eye on.

PymBetway Scilly Isles Novices' Chase

Pym has shown plenty of improvement this season for Nicky Henderson and will look for a first Grade 1 victory in the Betway Scilly Isles at Sandown.

The Patricia Pugh-owned seven-year-old romped home to defeat Imperial Aura last time at Cheltenham and has finished outside the first two just twice in his 11 starts.

This looks set to be his biggest test yet, particularly if the likes of Fakir D'oudairies and Laurina show up, but he has the profile to get the job done if Henderson decides to run him.

Betway Winter Derby Trial Stakes

John Gosden has won the last two Winter Derby Trials, including with Wissahickon last year, and the Flat champion trainer will be hoping for a similar performance from Global Giant.

The five-year-old blitzed the competition on his stable debut for Gosden at Wolverhampton three weeks ago, and could have the honour of being Frankie Dettori's first ride in Britain of 2020.

That in itself is a testament to how highly Gosden rates Global Giant, and it will be interesting to see how the son of Shamardal fares against the likes of Group-race winners Bangkok and Master The World.

Call Me Lord
Betway Contenders Hurdle

Call Me Lord has won three of his five starts at Sandown – finishing in the frame in the other two – and is likely to give another strong showing in the Listed Contenders Hurdle.

The seven-year-old was a Grade 2 winner at Cheltenham last month and finished just half a length behind the talented If The Cap Fits at Ascot the time before. Nicky Henderson's runner looks the standout here.

It is worth keeping an eye on outsider Marracudja, who finished third to Defi Du Seuil and Un De Sceaux in the Clarence House Chase battle.

Kachy
Betway Cleves Stakes

Kachy was the all-weather sprinting sensation last year and the seven-year-old is back for more in the Listed Cleves Stakes at Lingfield, which he won last year.

The Tom Dascombe-trained son of Kyllachy followed up that success with a romping success in the sprint championship on All-Weather Finals day and was a battling third behind Blue Point in the Diamond Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot.

That was the last time Kachy was seen and connections will be hoping the exciting speedster has retained all that ability on his return.

William Hill Towton Novices' Chase

Chapel Stile is the intriguing wildcard of the Grade 2 Towton Novices' Chase at Wetherby as he makes his first step up to Graded company.

The eight-year-old has won four of his last five races and has not finished out of the frame since October 2017.

He has shown affinity for testing conditions, highlighted by his neck victory at Carlisle last month on heavy ground, which could be in his favour with rain forecast throughout the week.

Trainer Nicky Richards has a 25 per cent strike-rate at Wetherby over the past five years which adds to the interest to the chances of Chapel Stile.
