Crowley happy jogging along after setting Leger winner on way to top

Jo Crowley could not be at Doncaster to watch Harbour Law, but she was there in spirit.

After all, she had him in her care for longer than Laura Mongan and it was for her he made his debut at Lingfield less than six months previously.

Crowley, who had to give up her licence in order that her Whitcombe base could go on the market with vacant possession, recalled: “Jackie Cornwell bought him from the Orangery Sale at Kensington as a two-year-old for £30,000 and we had him at Whitcombe from there on.
