Racing Post Ratings state on all known form Crystal Ocean is the best horse in the Prince of Wales's Stakes. Even conceding 3lb to Sea Of Class and Magical he is their equal and, given there is a fair chance he will perform at or close to his best – and possibly even exceed it – he has a clear chance of breaking his top-flight duck.
