Royal Ascot day two: confirmed runners and riders for the Prince of Wales's Stakes and more

Tattersalls Gold Cup one-two Los Angeles and Anmaat will engage in a fascinating rematch in Wednesday's Prince of Wales's Stakes (4.20), the highlight of the second day of Royal Ascot.
Just half a length separated the pair at the Curragh last month and Los Angeles is bidding for a third straight win following his comeback success in the Mooresbridge Stakes.
Anmaat was making his first start of the season in the Tattersalls Gold Cup and returns to Ascot having won the Champion Stakes in October, a race in which Los Angeles finished ninth of 11.
A final field of nine was declared for the Prince of Wales's with White Birch the sole absentee. An international line-up for the £1 million contest features French raiders Map Of Stars and Facteur Cheval, with the supplemented See The Fire an intriguing runner following her runaway 12-length victory in last month's Middleton Stakes and Ombudsman, another four-year-old firmly on the rise.
The Duke of Cambridge Stakes (3.40), a Group 2 for older fillies and mares over the straight mile, is one of the main supporting races, in which last month's Dahlia Stakes winner Cinderella's Dream has to concede a 3lb penalty to her seven rivals.
The opposition is headed by last year's Irish 1,000 Guineas winner Fallen Angel and Running Lion, who bids for a repeat victory in the race following Oisin Murphy's superb front-running ride 12 months ago.
Those two contenders will wear first-time cheekpieces, but there will be no royal runner in the race as Rainbows Edge was not declared.
In the opening Queen Mary Stakes (2.30), all eyes will be on short-priced favourite Zelaina, who has been one of the talking horses in the build up to the five-day meeting.
She was an impressive winner of the same Nottingham maiden as last year's winner Leovanni for Karl Burke, who looks for a third win in the race in four years.
The Wathnan Racing-owned daughter of Mehmas tackles a huge field, totalling 25 runners, with Lennilu, True Love and Society Kiss among her main rivals.
