Arizona tops two-year-old ratings despite ordinary Coventry Stakes renewal

Arizona posted the best two-year-old effort of the week at Royal Ascot, but his winning effort was anything but vintage.
The son of No Nay Never rates an ordinary winner of the Coventry – only two winners have been awarded a lower winning RPR in the previous 12 years.
Having won by a wide margin going into the race, Arizona did things differently at Ascot, grinding his success out from halfway, going to the line like a horse who can do better up in trip.
