George Boughey believes Bow Echo is peaking at the right time after the Betfred 2,000 Guineas favourite produced his best work in a racecourse gallop last week.
The Night Of Thunder colt has hardened into 11-4 favourite for the first British Classic of the season on May 2, with several of his market rivals blotting their copybook in a trials period that has posed more questions than answers.

Boughey instead elected for a racecourse gallop before racing at Newmarket's Craven meeting and the trainer says his data from that workout indicates he has Bow Echo coming to the boil before his return to the Rowley Mile next week.
