Champion Chase winner Dodging Bullets will join a new generation of ex-racehorses and former festival favourites who will make their debuts in the Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) Parade on Tuesday.

The 2015 festival winner, who is being prepared for a second career in dressage and showjumping by Lucy Sharp, will be on show along with other newcomers Annacotty, Any Currency and Hunt Ball at 12.30pm.

Also joining the parade, which is again sponsored by the Peter O'Sullevan Charitable Trust, will be former Champion Hurdle winner Punjabi, Stayers' Hurdle winner Big Buck's and Silviniaco Conti, now in the care of Charlotte Alexander who looked after and rode Denman before his full-time retirement in 2017.

Hunt Ball, who won at the festival in 2012, will be ridden by Sarah Henderson, daughter of his former trainer Nicky Henderson, who has used him as a hunter since he returned to Seven Barrows last year.

"Since our reunion nine months ago we have done some cross-country schooling, grid work and flat work to help retrain him for his new life as a hunter," said Henderson.

"It's not all been plain sailing, as hacking out at Seven Barrows on his own often proved a bit much, all he wanted to do was rejoin the string. However, since we moved him to a livery yard in Kingston Lisle, he has really blossomed.

"I am aiming to do some RoR classes and perhaps even a one-day event with him, but our shared number one passion remains hunting."
