I'm staying with the BBC Radio 5live team in a farmhouse about 20 minutes away from the track and eat out with them at regular haunts.

I do a lot of little three-minute 'two-ways' with BBC local radio on the Monday and again on Tuesday morning, as that helps get the message out to a wider audience.
