'Cheltenham is the aim and we've been working back from that all season' - well-backed previous festival winner coming back for more

Sam Curling is hoping Angels Dawn can repeat her Cheltenham Festival heroics from two years ago as she heads straight to the Hunters' Chase after landing both her starts in point-to-points this season.
The ten-year-old gave Curling and rider Pa King a landmark success with their first festival winner when repelling Stumptown in a pulsating finish to the 2023 Kim Muir and she was still travelling strongly when coming down two out in the race last season, which was won comprehensively by Inothewayurthinkin.
Curling, who is one of the top point-to-point trainers in Ireland, has sent Angels Dawn down the hunter chase route this season and she scored between the flags at Boulta and Dromahane in recent months.
