In a race named after the world's longest-reigning monarch, and with the Queen on hand to present the trophy, Minding earned the right to forever be remembered as racing royalty by trouncing a high-class field that contained five other Group 1 winners.

All four winners of the English and Irish Guineas turned up for an end-of-season showdown for champion miler honours, with Prix Jacques le Marois winner Ribchester and Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf scorer Hit It A Bomb for company.

That Minding dismissed them all with a great deal more authority than the half-length margin would suggest only further highlights her incredible talent.
