Dermot Weld has previously hit the target four times on British Champions Day and today his three runners at Ascot feature Fascinating Rock, who will be attempting to win the Qipco Champion Stakes for the second consecutive year.

Fascinating Rock will be renewing rivalry with Arc heroine Found, whom he has raced against three times, finishing in front of the filly on two occasions - in today's race a year ago and in the Tattersalls Gold Cup, Found having the upper hand in the Mooresbridge this year.

Pat Smullen's mount has raced only once since his Tattersalls Gold Cup success, finishing second in the Group 3 Royal Whip Stakes at the Curragh in August.
