What advice would you give to your ten-year-old self?
Follow the path that you choose. At least if you make a mistake it will be your own mistake. What is experience anyway except learning from your mistakes?

How is Coney Island following his disappointing run in the Betfair Ascot Chase?
He’s come out of Ascot in good form. I can’t explain his poor run, but in the absence of telemetry I suppose I’ll just have to put it down to an off day. We’ll see how he is over the next week or so before making any firm plans. We hope to have him back in good form for the Punchestown festival.

Which parts of your racing career have you found most fulfilling? Apart from the obvious – training winners of good races – the broad spectrum of people you meet in racing is a big plus.
