At Tinahely on Sunday On The Sod puts his unbeaten record on the line for David Christie and owners Kieran Mahon and Noel Keenan.

This nine-year-old son of Ask began his career in late 2018 winning an adjacent maiden on the eve of his seventh birthday for Con McSweeney at Dromahane, before turning up almost a year later in November 2019 for Christie at Kirkistown.

The Fermanagh trainer has since explained that he purchased the bay for a small sum and while he has had his share of challenges, he is clearly a talented individual for the division.
