Visit Seven Barrows in the summer and the TV might be tuned in to a Test match rather than Flat racing. For now though, Nicky Henderson might feel like he's dealt with his fair share of googlies, doosras and beamers.

Whether he has dispatched them all for six remains to be seen; the Cheltenham Festival in three weeks is likely to determine that.

The charismatic trainer outlined his hopes and dreams for jump racing's most important meeting at his famous headquarters on the outskirts of Lambourn on Monday, reeling off to the assembled media an exciting batch of novice hurdlers, and some smart mares as well as your Altiors and Buveur D'Airs.
