This season is all about turning things around for David Pipe after an "annus horribilis" which resulted in his lowest winning haul.

The signs are promising as Pipe gets into top gear for the winter with 13 winners on the board going into this weekend’s Cheltenham's November meeting after the success of one of his young potential stars, Remastered, at rain-soaked Ffos Las.

The long, hot summer and firm ground has not been a concern for Pipe, as he points out: "Traditionally we don’t get going until NoMUvember time."
