7m Turgeon - Taking Off
Ms Maria Bukhtoyarova

A fine, big sound jumper who will continue to ply her trade at around the 2m4f trip and looks best when conditions are testing. She ran in the Topham Chase over the Grand National fences at Aintree in April and was not disgraced, so she might be back there next spring. There’s a good programme for mares now so maybe that might be worth looking at for her.

She started off last season rated 90 and progressed at such a rate of knots which saw her land the valuable Challenger Mares’ final at Haydock off a mark of 123 – so it proved to be an incredible term for her and her connections. I think she’s best when the ground is riding on the faster side of good and, as she was very fluent at her hurdles, there must be every chance she’ll prove as nimble over fences.
3f Sageburg - To Much Fun

We bought her in France and she was one of the very best juvenile fillies, winning at Auteuil and Enghein before finishing an excellent second in a Grade 3 hurdle back at Auteuil in June. She’s very good, we think a lot of her and as there’s such a good mares’ programme these days that provides an attractive option.
