'He's a super little horse and very exciting - all he wants to do is race'
Jack Haynes speaks to the prolific trainer about his team for 2020
Last year brought a career-best tally of 126 winners on the Flat for Classic-winning trainer Tim Easterby and an exciting squad is giving the Habton Grange maestro plenty to look forward to this campaign.
Easterby, who landed the St Leger with Bollin Eric in 2002, recorded 100-plus winners on the Flat for the second year running in 2019, and Art Power, Lampang, Copper Knight and Count D'Orsay are among his classy squad.
He says: "We had a cracking year and the key to hitting 100-plus winners has been having the right horses in the right races at the right tracks and keeping them healthy all the way through. The importance of where they run can't be underestimated.
