'Running him in this race defies logic - I'll be opposing him vigorously'
We crank it up another notch this weekend with the reappearance of some of the game's biggest players.
Much has been said and written about Constitution Hill missing the Coral Hurdle last week, but my take on it is that Nicky Henderson made the correct call. After all, he has no choice but to safeguard his owner's horse and who's to say the ultimate decision was not entirely of his own making?
This potential monster now returns in the Betfair Fighting Fifth Hurdle (2.10). It's always exciting when there's a possibility of the second coming and, even though Epatante is a credible opponent, it will be a major shock if the Champion Hurdle favourite doesn't dispose of her in some style. I think he will.
