Jockey Damian Skehan enjoyed a memorable week as he left Bandon with two winners for trainer Harry Kelly on Sunday, four days after guiding Pat Hurley’s Perfect Man to victory in a Punchestown handicap hurdle.

The jockey, who has now ridden 30 winners on the point-to-point circuit, partnered Babytaggle to a two-and-a-half length victory over Big Man Clarence in the six-year-old geldings’ maiden.

The recent Belharbour third, made the most of the opportunity presented to him when Big Man Clarence, trained by Enda Bolger, made a notable blunder at the final fence and lost valuable momentum.
