Kilkenny handler Shark Hanlon has started the new season with purpose as he enjoyed success for the second consecutive Sunday thanks to Lady Jameson in the mares’ winner of one contest.

Sixth on her debut in a 17-runner contest at Grennan last May, the Whitmore’s Conn mare, who is a half-sister to Jonjo O’Neill’s 125-rated hurdler Suit Yourself, was the sole maiden taking on three previous winners.

However, unfazed by that challenge, she scored by five lengths from previous course winner Touchy.
