THE second day of Ballingarry’s annual fixture marked the end of the point-to-point season with several titles being determined throughout the day.
Maxine O’Sullivan had a tremendous weekend, going clear of Susie Doyle in the ladies’ title in the final race of the season.
Now a three-time winner of the title, O’Sullivan steered the Mick Winters-trained Clorinka to success in the Dr John Memorial Race. The daughter of Presenting denied the Donncha Duggan-trained Honest To Goodness by four lengths.
