Crimbo? More like Crambo - the good thing which spreads festive joy

It might be time to give the lexicographers a nudge — wonder if the folk behind the Oxford English Dictionary work over Christmas?
Their learned tome defines Crimbo as a slang term for the festive period, “especially with regard to its more secular and commercial aspects” and cites its first printed usage in 1928.
The 2025 edition needs to include a variant: Crambo — the good thing which spreads joy by paying for those secular and commercial aspects.
