Larquebuse (84++) justified her price tag with an impressive debut. Always close to the pace, the Saddler Maker mare produced a striking turn of foot from the second-last and quickly took her rivals measure. She is an obvious contender for black-type success.

Treasure Dillon (92+) jumped with fluency as he picked up smartly in the home straight to win in commanding fashion. He will come into his own when back over fences on the track.
