The bad weather has shown no sign of abating with Storm Jorge the latest downpour to interrupt the point-to-point fixture list.

Sunday’s Carlow Farmers fixture at Borris House was the only meeting over the weekend to survive the wet weather.

With parts of the course at Ballycahane waterlogged, that fixture was postponed, a similar fate befell Bandon, which had been scheduled to take place on the same afternoon.
