For the second successive Saturday the opening race on a card in the northern region went to a Donnchadh Doyle-trained horse.

This time the honour went to Buck’s Bin’s in the Dennison Commercials four-year-old maiden at Moira.

The French-bred gelding had failed to find a buyer when offered for sale last May after chasing home the now four-time bumper winner Longhouse
