Progressive Eldorado Allen 'has reasonable prospects of Ryanair place'

Grade 2 Betfair Denman Chase winner Eldorado Allen (RPR 168) just shaded the novice Bravemansgame (167+) in posting the best figure on a cracking Newbury card.

Rated 159 when beaten 12 lengths by Shishkin in last season's Arkle, Eldorado Allen has progressed with each run this season as he has gradually been upped in trip.

Looking forward to the festival, connections have the option of supplementing him for the Gold Cup, but he already has an entry for the Ryanair Chase, a race in which he has reasonable prospects of running into a place.
