September and it's back to school for Aventinus and Liberatum, the two-year old colts by Zoffany and Paco Boy I have shares in through Seventh Lap Racing.

Both horses have returned to the gallops after summer breaks and Rob Jones and Paul Hernon, who manage the syndicates, are busy studying their race options.

Having been beaten by a nose in his second outing, Aventinus remains a maiden after four starts and the obvious priority for him is to get a win.
