New Coral and Ladbrokes 'concept shops' getting a good reception

Ladbrokes Coral have reported a good initial customer reaction to the two new 'concept shops' they opened in December and will evaluate their performance before deciding on further rollout plans.

The new shops – one a Coral on Warren Street in London, the other a Ladbrokes on Stephenson Street in Birmingham – feature the latest in design and technology, including a number of new Racing Post products.

Ladbrokes Coral's strategy and business development director for UK retail Bejay Patel said: "Feedback from customers and colleagues alike has been hugely positive, with comments centred on the welcoming environment as well as some of the new technology, including the speed of our new Betstation cabinets and the ease of using the Racing Post digital betting shop display.
