Ones to watch: Mullins has a promising Momento on his hands

This Casamento colt is one his trainer is still learning about in all likelihood, but it is highly likely he will be winning handicaps before very long.

Having run three times in maidens and shown a bit of ability with some ease in the ground, he made his handicap debut at Naas on ground that might have been just on the slow side of good. He took his time to get into the race, but the further they went the more he warmed to his task and at the death he was beaten less than two lengths into fourth. He would have gone a lot closer if he had been ridden closer to the pace.
