Gambling's a mug's game, they'll tell you, although Tony Bloom might disagree. Bloom is a gambler and, as a direct consequence, reputedly a billionaire. At least he doesn't deny it when people call him one – although he doesn't engage much with the media at all, unless it's to talk to TV interviewers after one of his many top-class racehorses has won a big race.
