'Change is coming - if you don't get on this wagon, you'll get left behind'
Lewis Porteous talks to the racing entrepreneur about his vision for the future

If there were awards for who could fit the most into their day, Josh Apiafi would be a tough man to beat. Just listening to his latest 24 hours is enough to send you into a dark room for a lie down.
It is two in the afternoon as we sit down at our devices for a video call. Apiafi has already ridden out at Oliver Sherwood's yard close to his home in Lambourn. Back at his base for 9am, he had a quick half-hour spin on his home Peloton bike before diving into his work-related business.
First up was a Zoom call with his fellow members of the Sky Racing Diversity Group, followed by a strategy meeting with the Tote. Still to come after our conversation is a conference call with his business partners at Rewards4Racing to discuss their retail strategy for the year.
