After enduring a fallow period in which he trained just two winners in as many years and went the whole of 2015 without a victory, dual Gold Cup-winning jockey Conor O'Dwyer has welcomed his stable's recent run of form and described the "great business" that training Flat horses represents.

The Friarstown-based trainer secured his fourth win on the bounce at Ballinrobe on Monday evening with the JP McManus-owned Don't Let Go, O'Dwyer's eighth winner of the year.

Half of the 51-year-old's wins this year have come on the Flat, and O'Dwyer is embracing the opportunities that the discipline presents.
