What advice would you give your ten-year-old self?
Eat a little bit less while you're growing up, then you might not grow so much.

When did you first know you’d become a jockey and why?
From a very young age really but I got a bit worried when I was around 14 because I started to grow a bit.

Who has been the greatest influence on your career?
Both of my parents. My mother probably trained for a few years longer than she would have done to help me and my sister along, so from the start she was a massive supporter and I wouldn't be doing what I do without that. Further down the line, Roger Charlton was a really big help. He gave me an opportunity to show what I could do and changed my career.
