GVC Holdings looks to the future after completing Ladbrokes migration
GVC Holdings has successfully completed the migration of Ladbrokes on to its proprietary technology platform, a move the company said would free up resources to drive product innovation and execute acquisitions.
The Ladbrokes migration, which follows GVC's acquisition of Ladbrokes Coral in 2018, is the largest the group has completed.
GVC said it had been done on time and on budget and with no disruption to the 25 million Ladbrokes Coral customer accounts that have been moved across, despite being completed when teams were working remotely due to the Covid-19 crisis.
