Everton failure leaves dark clouds gathering above
When will people just accept things can't be improved? Why does there have to be this constant quest for 'updates', tinkering with this and that, trying to make perfectly good stuff 'better'?
Humans have been in existence for 200,000 years. That is plenty long enough to make a pretty good ruddy fist at creating things and perfecting them. I think the time has come to knock it all on the head and realise we have reached a peak, meaning the only way is down.
I am absolutely raging by the latest iPhone update, which has had zero positive effect and a bundle of negative ones. I have never been able to stop myself from pressing the update button - I do not have the ability to handle seeing that little red circle with the number one in it on the settings icon. I update just to get rid of the circle, but I do not remember gaining advantage from any of the million updates I have installed.
