Right then, who wins the world’s most famous chase?
Jockey Charlie Deutsch Houblon Des Obeaux, hopefully. I’m really excited to be riding him and he has a lot of class. He’s run in the race before and his trainer Venetia Williams is so good with staying chasers, and has won the race. I think he has a lot in his favour.
Trainer Donald McCain Ever since he won a novice hurdle at Newbury I thought Minella Rocco might one day be a Grand National horse, and he’s been trained for the race so I’m not going to change my mind. He’s a big, quality horse with a good cruising speed and it will be nice to see what he does.
Jockey Patrick Mullins Anibale Fly has won a competitive handicap chase and ran a cracker in the Gold Cup. He jumps, stays, settles and is well in.
