The autumn point-to-point season is now complete and will live long in the memory owing to the extraordinary nature of what has been endured and achieved in the period.

Upon reflection, it must be considered a resounding success with all the data indicating a positive outcome.

In August, while the delayed store sales were being held, there was still an amount of scepticism within the industry as to whether point-to-pointing would be allowed to go ahead at all, so the end result has been nothing short of spectacular.
