Deborah Faulkner, who has enjoyed plenty of success in the point-to-point field, saddles her first runner under rules at Worcester on Wednesday where she will be represented by Outsmartin, the mount of Denis O'Regan, in the bumper (6.00).

"I've been training point-to-pointers for 30 years, as well as doing lots of pre-training for plenty of people and finally decided to get a permit," Faulkner said.

"We've got a nice bunch of young horses, and are looking to expand. I enjoy bringing on youngsters on."
